Pleated filters
Pleated media on a rigid frame: more developed area than a panel filter of the same size.
Pleating multiplies filter area within the same envelope, which lowers initial pressure drop and lengthens the replacement interval. Pleat pitch and frame depth govern the admissible airflow.
